Fishing Package at Cayo Cruz (Fishing outfitter)


For those who want to organize a sea fishing trip in Cuba with an outfitter, "Slipstream Angling Worldwide" which is located in Toronto-Canada offers a interresting fishing package all around Cuba. The Cayo Cruz Package comes with accommodation, a Cuban hotel specially designed for fishermen, a true experience in Cuba. There is no hotel development in Cayo Cruz, so don't try to find another hotel.

Located on the north side of Cuba, these fishing areas are nearby cayo cpcp, the best time to go there is from March to October, December to February being the low season and the weather is quite windy. Fishing from small motor boat, you can pratice fly fishing or spinning fishing. You will fishing inshore, around coral reefs or channels surrounded by mangroves, fishing guides speak Spanish and English. "La Casona de Romano" Cuban-style hotel 1919 (since renovated), with eight rooms with private bathroom, bar, restaurant and lounge and reception, all the staff are ready to serve. The hotel is located in the city of Jaronú. At 35 km from the fishing base on Cayo Cruz.

Virgin fishing area, so you still find beautiful trophies, this area is not fished. Bonesfish are big and strong, the average size ranges from 6 to 8 lbs. Other fishes such as tarpon, permits, cubera, jacks cravel also share the same territory. Please note that the flight from your country to Cuba is not included in the package price.

Guests will fly into Havana where you will be met by a Slipstream Angling representative as soon as you clear customs. You will be driven into downtown Havana where you will spend the night enjoying the sights and sounds of this dynamic city. The next morning, guests will travel to the domestic airport for the 1 hour flight to Cayo Coco.
